EVE can now learn Video Transcripts 🤯🎥

If you’ve been here before,you’ll be familiar with our AI learning assistant, EVE. Well, Eve just got even smarter with the ability to understand video transcripts. This feature marks a significant leap in how organisations can harness the power of AI for learning:

Instant Access to Information: When your colleagues have questions, EVE now learns all the video content that has been uploaded to Ask Eve or is connected directly to the organisation’s file storage such as Sharepoint.Giving it the ability to scan and search through video transcripts to find the exact information it needs to serve up an immediate response to an employee looking for knowledge. This means if Eve knows the answer to a colleague's query is covered already in the course via a Reel or any type of video content stored in the app through posts or courses, it will know to serve it up as a response to the user's query 👍.

Continuous Learning: EVE's ability to understand video transcripts means that as your organisation creates new training content, EVE's knowledge base grows. This fosters continuous learning and improvement.
